Ok I'm so ignoring the question and addressing the problem. Strained greenpeas suggests you were feeding the grand babies. Am I right? Ok if so......what in the heck where you doing with the hotsauce??? They are still in pampers!! Do you realize what that diaper will be telling you after that kid has eaten peas with hotsauce.

Suggestion: Change their diet when you change your shirt. *wink*
References :
What ever you do, keep the tatter tots away from it.

Have you tried to soak it in Woolite and cold water?

I'd bring that to the cleaners.... If it weren't silk, and OFF-white, I'd bleach the hell out of it. But off-white silk with a stubborn stain? Shout it all the way to the cleaners.
References :
I had a smart a$$ answer all ready to go, but green peas and hot sauce sounds like a real emergency...

Ya know that Dryel stuff, those sheets that you throw in the dryer with your "delicates" so they get that "taken to the dry cleaners smell"?

Well go buy a box of it...because what you are really after is the stain remover bottle and pad they have in the box.

I had dried moose blood on the cuffs of a spendy light tan 100% cashmere coat. (Yes, I hit a moose with my car...and lived.) Anyway...I thought what the heck I'll try this stain remover. I put the absorbent pad underneath the stains and just squirted the remover onto the stain, rubbed it a bit...and poof...the blood went through the coat and into the pad, it was amazing.

The sheets suck, I just throw those out.
References :
since it is already ruined you can try this but depening on the textile blend it may over bleach the skirt. Use Hyrodgen peroxide and cold water to get out the stain. If the stain is organic material use HP and cold water it will eat the stain out of the clothes.. before the stain is set. If it is old you can try using bleach and cold water to get the stain out but you risk over bleaching your stain.
References :
Sadly if you have already put it through the dryer it is set. If not try a little club soda on the stain - its an old bartenders trick for red wines.
