i think a grey skirt would look a lot better than black but the outfit you described sounds really nice and appropriate
white is such an easy colour to wear as it is a neutral colour and will go with basically everything
if it was me i would wear it with a skirt though becauase otherwise it might look too office like and formal and team it up with some pretty jewellary and some smart shoes
its hard for me to say much else since i dont know how old you are or what styles you like
i also dont know what country you are in but if you are in england i would go to topshop since they have alot of smartish clothes that would look really good with your blouse. blouses are really in at the moment, good choice References :
