I dont think they can remove the remaining of the stain, silk is a natural fabric and ink get into the treadand the can damage the garment. U dont need to take to the dry cleaning, try woolight and iron it before is copletely dry. I am a dry cleaner the water mark and the cleaner should be gone. References :
