This may be hard to come by if you don't have a family member in the medical field, but I know in hospitals they use this spray that gets the smell out of anything. My mother's a nurse, so we always have it on hand. It's called Medi-Aire. You might be able to find some online somewhere. References :

wash it in woolite and cold water if its not dry clean only maybe try some febreeze

Throw it in the dryer for 10 -15 min on low or no heat with a dryer sheet. If that doesn't work then dry clean it.
