Rubbing alcohol will also dissolve ink.

Try using hairspray! It should loosen the ink and will wash right out!

Hopefully, it is washable. If so, use hair spray on it after you have the soap and water ready to drop it in. Even if it isn't washable try this and use Woolite. Good luck.
