Ice will sometimes take glue off. Cold stiffens the glue and makes it easier to take off. Also try alcohol. But do a sample first in a place that is inconspicuous. References :
Chemicals might damage the silk so I wouldn’t use any. Try putting it in the freezer in a zip lock bag. The tape may freeze and just fall off. Otherwise I would take it to a professional cleaner, References :
