Take it to the dry cleaners because silk is very delicate and you might ruin it if you try different methods on it. Even water leaves marks on silk. Leave it to the professionals! References :
I have used hairspray on fabric with pen marks. Put a towel under the garment and gently stray directly on the spot. Blot excess with another white towel.
