    Sponge out serious stains

Cola, hair dye, ketchup, and wine stains on washable cotton blends should be treated as soon as possible (that is, within 24 hours). Sponge the area with undiluted vinegar and launder immediately afterward. For severe stains, add 1-2 cups vinegar to the wash cycle as well. Remove most non-oily stains by making a mixture of equal parts ammonia, water, and dishwashing liquid. Put it in an empty spray bottle, shake well, and apply directly to the stain. Let it set for two or three minutes, and then rinse out.

    Good Luck !

Silk is really tough, and the fact you've tried everything already implies that stain is SET. Good luck! You may've had a chance early on, but once you've experimented-the stain is SET in the fabric.
You may want to use additional mustard and incorporate it while trying to make the stain look like a purposeful part of the shirt's decoration. Try making/repeating a pattern featuring yellow!
You could give the shirt to the blind, silk feels good, even if it is stained…

I know you've tried it all, but one of these should work. The mustard has Vinegar in it, so I would suggest not using a remedy with Vinegar in it because it might set the stain more. Any one of these will work:

This one should work like a charm and best of all: No Scrubbing!! Sugar Paste works well: Sugar Paste, made of sugar and water, and allowed to sit for one hour, will usually remove anything!!

Baking Soda, sprinkle on the grease, and scrub gently with a wet brush, wash.

Soda, pour a can of Pepsi into the washer and wash the clothes as usual.
