If the shampoo doens’t have extras…..it’s just shampoo…..then soaking the shirt should release the ‘poo. However if there are conditioners, brighteners, etc, they may in there permanently. Of course a washed silk shirt will need ironing……..carefully. If that’s not for you, take the shirt to the drycleaners and see what they can do. References :

it will be fine you will have to iron it though

Take it to a dry cleaners. If it’s washable, just wash it. It should come out. Water dissolves the shampoo.
