I would try Lysol or Spray and Wash. Just spary it on, rub it in for a few minutes and then wash the shirt. Or try using hairspray, just rub it in and wash. Good luck! References :

If its biro there are specific cleaners ask in a major supermarket. If its ink as in fountain pen then it sometimes comes out with milk, however the longer you leave it the less chance you have of getting it out. References :
use special stain remover that you can find in supermarket ie Tesco and the likes!! don't ruin your silk shirt. ah don't use hot water as it sets the stain. References :

i would take that to a dry cleaner. you wouldnt want to risk making it worse than by trying to do it on your own.
