If it's washable then Liquid Tide. Not kidding! Learned that working in a restaurant high end with silk shirt. If it's not washable I don't know the best without it possibly ruining the color. A dry cleaner would have to be the best bet to ask for advice.

Don't put in dryer unless you're 100% sure the stain is out. Heat seals the stain in. Put the Tide directly on it, it just has to sit a minute or 2 and it comes out in the wash. References :
