I hand wash mine in the sink with cold water with baby shampoo.. lay it flat on a soft towel, roll up the towel and squeeze the towel (with the blouse inside) unroll the towel, then place the shirt flat somewhere to line dry.. then gently iron it afterwards if it needs it. References :

However, dry cleaning isn't necessarily sure to work if you have liquid stains. At this point, you would need to hand wash with a delicate detergent such as woolite or baby detergent like Ivory. This "water washing" will mitigate any the severity of the stains on your silk. Only use the dryer method if you want it to smell better, it won't necessarily get it clean. References :

Silk is usually a dry clean only fabric. You could try the home dry cleaning products that work in the dryer.
