I hand wash mine in the sink with cold water with baby shampoo.. lay it flat on a soft towel, roll up the towel and squeeze the towel (with the blouse inside) unroll the towel, then place the shirt flat somewhere to line dry.. then gently iron it afterwards if it needs it. References :

Silk is usually a dry clean only fabric. You could try the home dry cleaning products that work in the dryer.
