If you are ironing with a wet cloth then be careful with using regular water from a faucet, it can stain fine silk. It is best to use distilled water. References :

Take a soft cloth and place over the shirt while you gently iron on a warm setting.:)

if you don't have a steamer lay a piece of paper over the silk and iron it (low setting)

You can hang the blouse in the bathroom with the shower steaming the room. This usually works.
