hmm you could try vanish stain remover but look on it first to see if it ok for silk, i used the vanish carpet stuff cos i had oil ground into the carpet from the chain of my pushbike and it worked wonders References :
The problem is that it isn't a stain – The black dye has dyed the shirt ! Stain removers won't help now.

don't even mess with silk
