Are you sure it's silk? I don't think that silk bleeds… But anyway your not supposed to wash silk! Your supposed to dry clean it… try reading the tag… References :
It must be still new. Maybe after you wash it a few more times, and maybe dry it in the dryer, (not to long) it won't do it anymore. Good Luck! References :
MAYBE YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A LEMON… AND YES, YOU CAN WASH SILK IF THE TAG SAYS IT'S WASHABLE. THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS TO PUT A CUP OF SALT IN THE WASH ALONG WITH YOUR DETERGENT. I have used salt in cold water for the clothes that bled colors like your blouse. I used about 1/4 cup of salt when using the gentle cycle on my washing machine and 1/2 less if hand washing. Another tip, make sure the salt is dissolved before placing the garment in the water. The suggestion of a gentle detergent should help as well. Hope this helps you too References :
